HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

After placing your order on our site, the warehouse will send the package to our shipping center (as usual it can takes 2-7 days). From here, we can make sure that your package will be handled with care and delivered on time, and we will add the tracking information to your order details so that you can follow your package whenever and wherever you want.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING? HOW MUCH IT COSTS?
We work with Fedex&UPS&USPS  to deliver our orders globally.
We are trying to present you Free shipping on our site. But some products has additional fees, so
Almost all our product have FREE International Standard shipping, but some of them may have additional small shipping cost.
If you will choose Express delivery option, you will see shipping costs in orders processing.

Packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 15 to 45 working days, whereas Express or Premium Shipping will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 working days.
Customs clearance and duties are not include in shipping prices.

HOW DO I TRACK ON ORDER?

You can check the logistics information directly in your order details. The information will be updated within 5-7 days after the warehouse sent the package.

Please note: items on your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses. Each package will have own tracking number.
